April 26 Continued

We went to the Cachot, the former jail where Bernadette's family had to live when they fell on hard times

There are ubiquitous groups of young people parading around, singing, chanting or drumming. Each group wears something to distinguish them such as red scarfs or giant sunglasses. These are wearing clown wigs
